Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue ellis-taylor, an American actress and screen actor and producer. Her best-known role is as a movie actress, for her role in Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) as well as The Mentalist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American Studies at Brown University, and a Master in Fine Arts in Acting at the Tisch School of the Arts New York University. Aunjanue Ellis is an actor, producer and actress who works in the fields of theater, film, and TV. She began her career as a theatre actress but then proceeded to appear in many television shows, both mainstream and independent films. Her biggest success came as Miranda Shaw in ABC's Quantico in addition to appearing on BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. In both these roles she was praised by critics and received numerous nominations and accolades, among them the Television Critics Choice Award for the Best Actress. In 1995 she was the first actress to make her debut in The Tempest as Ariel. The actress has appeared on Broadway in Come and Gone, A Winter's Tale, Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. Film career: She is recognized for movies like Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express, and The Help. In addition, she's famous for her role on the crime drama series on ABC, High Incident.
