Jessica Biel was born in the United States she is a American model, actress, and singer. Her modeling career started when she was a young age. In order to further her acting abilities, following being awarded a grant during an international event, she took classes at Young Actor's Space. Her name was brought to the forefront for her role in the 7th Heaven of WB series in the role of Mary Camden. The actress was extremely popular in this role, but she felt that portraying Mary Camden in the negative image would hamper her abilities to be a good actor. To break the image she appeared partially clothed in the cover photo in Gear magazine. Jessica's move caused discord among her followers. She quit the TV series 7th Heaven in season six. In the film Ulee's Gold, she gained instant recognition for her excellent acting. The film earned her the award for Best Supporting Female actress. Summer Catch, a comedy film that she appeared in, is proof of her ability as an actor. Despite her impressive performance in the Rules of Attraction her film didn't receive much attention. Her performance on The Texas Chainshaw Massacre, the horror film that she starred in attracted the attention of the world. She also has experience in thriller and suspense films.
